Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Products bought during sale / discount are non-returnable unless damaged.

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/video.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after quality inspection.
